Here at the Real Q we have been serving genuine, pit cooked barbecue since 1991. Located on Country Club Rd we are the original place in Winston Salem, NC to get authentic, Lexington style barbecue. Though our name has changed, our commitment to serve pit cooked barbecue has remained the same. We cook our pork shoulders over wood coals for 10-12 hours (no oven or gas involved), then we hand chop and smother it in our own secret sauce.
